Marc Reifeis is a Principal of Columbus Consulting. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting, Inc. in 2004, Marc held various positions over a 14 year career with Limited Brands, Inc. Professional responsibilities included Director of Development at Victoria’s Secret Stores and Center leadership roles across multiple divisions: Director of Data Warehousing, Director of Allocation/Replenishment, and Program Director for the enterprise wide implementation of PeopleSoft HCM. His retail experience consists of in-depth, hands-on implementations in most aspects of retail systems. Prior to his tenure with Limited Brands, Marc spent 7 years as a consultant with KPMG assisting various clients in the implementation of factory automation systems and consulting in the public. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science Engineering from The Ohio State University (1984).
Since joining Columbus Consulting Marc’s focus has been in the areas of supply chain and manufacturing optimization. Including, extensive hands on experience in the implementation/integration and management of MID’s Advanced Allocation Application, optimization of manufacturing forecasts for wholesale food manufacturing, and size modeling based on customer purchases to aid in the purchasing and allocation of apparel. Marc’s client experience includes Abercrombie & Fitch, Big Lots!, Express, Eagle Family Foods, and DSW.
