Jim Henderson is a Principal with Columbus Consulting. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting, Jim held various positions such as; Director of Merchandise Operations and Control at CVS Pharmacy, Executive Director Supply Chain Technology with The Longaberger Company, and Director of Supply Chain Systems with The Limited. Over his extensive career, Jim has held leadership positions that have included direct responsibility for PeopleSoft Supply chain implementation; development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions; and design, development, and implementation of purchasing, distribution, and financial systems.

In addition to his IT experience, Jim has held operational leadership positions within the retail and manufacturing sectors that have included senior procurement, production management, distribution/logistics management, and demand planning responsibility. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and is certified (CPIM) by APICs.

Jim’s client experience includes David’s Bridal, The Guitar Center, Ann Taylor, DSW retail, DSW eCommerce, and WalMart. Jim is certified in the implementation of Tradestone software.
