Debby is a dedicated Management Consultant with 30 years experience in a wide variety of retail segments. Drawing upon her 20 years in the retail industry she is dedicated to providing consultative services sensitive to daily operational demands. Trained in Business and Operational efficiencies, Supply Chain Management & Project Management, she is able to quickly assess the current situation, conduct applicable interviews, document critical requirements and recommend/implement solutions.

Prior to joining Columbus Consulting, her consulting experience included IBM, i2 Technology and NSB (STS) as Engagement Manager, Project Manager, Senior Business Strategist, Consulting Practice Leader and Business Process Modeler. During her array of engagements, Debby has developed and executed highly successful Strategic Plans paying close attention to the volatility of change management environments. In addition to Strategic planning Debby is an expert in business process re-engineering, completing extensive work with clients identifying and understanding how their business/operational processes interact with their current informational technology systems.
