Brad Sterling is an Alliance of Columbus Consulting, Inc. Brad began his consulting career 15 years ago after supporting the rapid growth of Warner Bros. Studio Stores in an MIS and Financial Planning role. Since entering the consulting field, his primary focus has been on retail planning process definition, system selection, and system implementation. Brad has worked for Comshare (Arthur), Ready to Plan, Deloitte Consulting, and Planalytics fulfilling various roles including consultant, project manager, and engagement manager. These experiences have led to his current position as President of PSI Consulting, Inc. Brad has designed and implemented Merchandise Planning, Financial Planning, Store Planning, and Assortment Planning processes and systems for national and international retailers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Southern California.

Brad’s client experiences include Claire’s Stores, Game Crazy, Polo Ralph Lauren, Dots, Inc., Duty Free Shops, J. Crew, Talbots, Harolds, Neiman Marcus, Kmart and many others.
