Led the effort to
re-implement the Arthur Planning system. The existing
Arthur environment did not match the business process,
failed during batch updates, and was set up inconsistently
across the business. Stabilized ‘old’
Arthur environment in 5 weeks. Redesigned Arthur
to address the current business process, improved
overall system performance, and implemented a stable
‘lights-out’ Arthur system across most
of Polo Retail’s divisions. |
