expert services for IT Transition Services Agreement
during final negotiations. Subsequently, led project
to build an information system capability. Work
includes organization and recruiting, hardware and
software contract negotiation, application solution
strategy (port versus replace), and bringing systems
online. Total project budget exceeded $10 million. |
