allocation process definition and selection process
for this $4 billion closeout retailer. Moved into
lead process expert for planning system development
effort after selection. Planning system was being
developed by ThinkFast Consulting and implemented
in October 2004. Allocation system is the inaugural
implementation of the MID system with pilot in November
2004 and full roll out in Spring 2005. |
